Our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training builds on the skills you learned in your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is open to teachers from all Yoga Alliance Registered Schools.

This training runs over 7 weekends from October 2016 - April 2017.

Whether you want to work with advanced students, teach with more confidence or specialize your skills for working with specific populations, this program is the first step in realizing your potential as a teacher

• Advanced Asana & Posture Sequencing
• Advanced Pranayama and Vayus
• Gunas, Kriya, Mantra, Yoga as Therapy
• Full Mindful Rest Yoga Nidra Certification (Level I, II, & III)
• General Assessment
• Philosophy and Teaching the Deeper Practices
