Take a Breath for Change is a recorded mindfulness practice for specific instances or conditions you choose. By choosing a short, repeatable practice, you have an opportunity for experiences to develop new habit patterns.

We do that beginning with the 5-Days of BRAVE to create your foundation. Then you select your daily repeatable practice which supports your physical body, mental health, holistic healing, or your sense of spirit.

Use it at work, at home, in class, or anywhere. Each time you listen to your recording, you build a new potential future.
